Subscription Payment Terms for Manic EMU
1. Subscription Plans and Billing
Manic EMU offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content. Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
2. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by navigating to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. If you subscribe before the trial ends, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited.
5. No Refunds
All charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law or as determined by Apple’s refund policy.
6. Changes to Subscription Pricing
Manic EMU reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Users will be notified in advance of any changes. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
