Introduction
This Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is provided by the operator of Manic EMU (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) outline the terms and conditions governing your use of the App.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms herein, you must refrain from using the App.
License Grant

You are expressly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the App.
This license remains effective as long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement. Any violation of this Agreement will result in the automatic termination of this license.

Our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement, explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use the App. It complies with relevant privacy laws and regulations in the European Union and the United States. Services and Usage Restrictions
The App provides a range of services designed to meet users’ needs. While we strive to ensure the App’s functionality and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
You are strictly prohibited from using the App for any illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
Uploading, posting, or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
Interfering with or disrupting the security and normal operation of the App;
Using automated tools or bots to access or manipulate the App without our prior written consent.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Violation of this Agreement;
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity;
Discontinuation of the App or its services.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security, or reliability.
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements or function without errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.
